The Kolcraft Contours Classique 3 in 1 bassinet is an excellent choice in bassinets. It’s a classic style bassinet with modern features and exquisite fashions for every mom. It’s a full size bassinet for when your little bundle of joy is at home and it’s convenient for them to sleep in their bassinet. It’s also a Moses basket for times when you have things to do around the house and you want to keep an eye on your child. And thirdly, it’s a changing table which conveniently attaches to the top of your bassinet rails which extends the usefulness. Since it’s a classic style bassinet, it’s made of solid wood so you know it’s stable and looks great in any bedroom. The bassinet can be used up to 15 lbs and the changing table has a useful life of up to 25 lbs. This bassinet should be on any ones short list who is serious about purchasing only the best for their new baby.

I gave this bassinet 5 stars because it’s so versatile. It’s also simple to put together. The best part about it is the fact that you can just pick up the Moses basket and walk away without moving the baby or waking the up. It’s so much easier than having to move the whole bassinet. The locking wheels also work well and the diaper holder can hold plenty of diapers. The sleeping pad is also very soft and our newborn sleeps soundly on it. This is one of our best purchases to date.
When I was looking for a bassinet, I needed a smaller bassinet due to our bedroom being smaller than usual. I couldn’t fit a large pack n play in our room. When it arrived we qucikly assembled it and my husband had no problems putting it together. This contours classique bassinet is very sturdy. Our two and a half old daughter tried climbing up the side to see the baby and it never moved an inch. I had it next to my side of the bed for quick feedings and changings. The changing table worked perfectly as a shelf to store our diapers, blankets, diaper paste, etc. The only thing is that I purchased a separate mattress, I thought the one that was provided was a little bit thin. That being said, if I had to do it all over again, I’d still buy this bassinet.
I’ve looked at many bassinets and the Kolcraft Contours Classique 3-in-1 Bassinet is the best I’ve found and also at a great price. It looks like it’s better constructed and feels more sturdy than other bassinets not to mention the look is elegant and sophisticated. It’s also very portable and even for me (I’m 5’2″) although it’s heavy the wheels make it easy to move around the house. It also has baskets and a diaper stacker which is nice but it doesn’t seem to fit very securely tot he bassinet. It’s held in place with only velcro so you can’t put much in it but then again, newborn diapers don’t weight too much. Overall, I’m very pleased with my bassinet and I highly recommend it to anyone else thinking about purchasing it.
